Description of the Contest
One FREE Giveaway Draw to win a 1 OZ. Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Coin (99.999% Pure) from HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc. (HAWKEYE or HGO (TSX.V – HGO).
Draw Date
The draw for the 1 OZ. Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Coin will be held on June 15, 2012.
Binding Agreement
To enter the HAWKEYE 1 OZ. Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Coin giveaway, you must agree to the Terms, Conditions and Rules. Therefore, please read the following prior to submitting your registration for a chance to win to ensure you understand and agree.
Who Can Enter
1. Any person over the age of 18. Void where prohibited.
2. HGO directors, executives, employees, consultants and family members of the aforementioned are ineligible to participate in the draw.
How to Register
1. Complete the registration form by filling out your first and last name, telephone number (required to notify winner of gold coin), email address and registration type (not required), then accept the Terms, Conditions and Rules for this draw and click the “Submit to Register” button.
2. By registering for the draw, you understand and agree that HGO may contact you by telephone or forward you information regarding the company through our newsletter by email or mail.
Winner Selection
1. Random selection by HGO from entries received from the registration form process will generate a winner for the 1 OZ. Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Coin.
2. No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received from the registration form process.
Winner Notification
1. The winner will be announced by email and will be contacted by HGO via email and telephone within 30 days from the draw date (the “30 day winner notification period”).
2. A winner must contact HGO within 5 days of notification by email and telephone, whichever comes first, from HGO that he/she is a winner (the “5 day notification period”). A winner may contact HGO via any of the methods indicated under the “Contact Us” link within our website at www.hawkeyegold.com. If HGO is not contacted by the winner within the 5 day notification period, he/she will be disqualified and an additional random draw will be carried out within the 30 day winner notification period by HGO to pick a winner.
3. The winner must also present to HGO within the 5 day notification period a) one (1) proper and legal picture verifying identity of the winner, and; b) a printed copy of the HGO email to the registrant (winner) confirming registration for the draw, that will be forwarded to his/her email address immediately upon completing and submitting the draw registration form to HGO, which will be used by HGO to verify that the winner is the owner of his/her email address.
4. If a winner is deemed ineligible by HGO due to ineligibility under the terms, conditions and rules herein, HAWKEYE will perform another draw(s) within the 30 day winner notification period until an eligible winner is picked.
5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use of his or her name and photograph (photograph is optional in the sole discretion of the winner) for promotion purposes by HGO.
Shipping
The 1 OZ. Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Coin will be shipped prepaid and insured to the winner by HGO.
Taxes
Not applicable.
Elimination
1. Any false information provided within the context of the giveaway by any participant concerning identity, E-mail address, telephone number, or the like may result in the elimination of the participant from the draw. HGO reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in its sole discretion does not comply with these Terms, Conditions and Rules.
2. HAWKEYE also reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. HGO will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Terms, Conditions & Rules. HGO decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
Privacy
HAWKEYE will not sell, lease, rent or give your name, telephone number or email address or any other information provided to us by you through the registration form to any other person, company or agency.
Waiver
By participating in the giveaway, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc., and their employees and agents for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of the prize.
